Siddha Ayur Spa Yoga experience:

Our yoga sessions aim at restoration of balance and health, in strengthening of physique and in clarifying thoughts for a peaceful mind. Our outdoor yoga sessions will be conducted in beautiful garden where the sounds of nature, fresh air and serene ambience will make your yoga experience a special one. Our yoga session will involve guided practice of asanas (postures), pranayama techniques and special breathing techniques. After the yoga session, we will conduct classes on benefits of yoga, streams of yoga, ashtanga yoga in detail, breathing techniques, meditation and several other core principles of yoga.

Yoga Group Session

Yoga sessions for a group of 3 or more people are also available
No previous experience is needed to join our Yoga sessions, as we ensure individual attention and care so that both beginners and experts can practice together without discomfort. We follow a strict policy of not touching clients without consent, creating a safe and respectful environment. Each session includes non-religious mantra chanting for spiritual elevation, while all postures and techniques are taught authentically, chosen from classical Indian Yogic texts.
